An initial assessment involves a thorough assessment, taking your full medical history, identifying your goals followed by an assessment of your current capacity, looking at your mobility, strength and movement

All exercises prescribed are individualised and based off what we find in our assessments and client goals

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. You are able to see an Exercise Physiologist privately

If you have a Chronic disease, you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management plan from your doctor which includes 5 medicare subsidised sessions with your choice of allied health professional

If you have Type 2 Diabetes you are eligible for a Type 2 Diabetes referral for medicare subsidised initial assessment and 8 x group sessions
